HOME MEDICAL EVALUATION
We have registered nurses and licensed practical nurses that do their rounds of assessments and go to our clients houses to evaluate and give the proper healthcare plan for our clients. They customize and tailor the healthcare plan based on the client needs. Then our team of home health aides will support, help and implement the created care plan.
